Q: How long does it take for the sticker to arrive?
A: If your choice is in stock and payment has been received, your order is mailed within 24 hours.

Q: If the combination I want is not listed, can I still have a sticker made?
A: Yes. A minimum order quantity and a once-off design fee of AUD$50 applies.

Q: How much do they cost?
A: Small AUD$8, Medium AUD$10, Large AUD$13. Pricing includes delivery.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept payments by Cheque, Money Order, or PayPal. See the order form for more details.

Q: Will you be updating the combinations?
A: Yes. Combinations are reviewed and updated as new medals are issued or as listed combinations become outdated.

Q: What size are the stickers?
A: Sticker heights (including text): Small 2.5cm, Medium 3.5cm, Large 4.0cm, and the width varies depending on the number of ribbons.
